Santa Cruz Islands seismogram sequence

Small versions of the seismograms from 25 Jan to 08 Feb from G.SANVU on Vanuatu turned into an animation. Made small so that this animation is reasonable but even so it is 13 MB!

    Well done, they don’t look as big as they are in LISS do they.

      WP dumped my reply! I used the acceleration channel (N) as trying to get an even scale using the H channel would mean that the smaller quakes would hardly be visible at all if all are rescaled to the same as the Mag 8.

      Ground acceleration is still a useful gauge of the size of the quake and at least makes the animation usable.
